Voice Flow is a Singing Circle, organized by Tamar Spierenburg.

Be very welcome to join this voice experience. Together we will feel the vibrations of our voices. Feel free to participate in a way that suits you in the moment. You can use your voice, listen, move, laugh, cry, be.

Curiosity, openness, receiving, creativity, improvising, playing, loving.

We will check in and open the circle. Then we’ll do a short meditation and go into breath work. After that we will go into a voice flow in which we can experience the power of our voices. Finally, we go back to the breathing, check out and close the circle.
