Singing circle 'Voice flow'

Be very welcome to join this voice experience. Together we will feel the vibrations of our voices. Feel free to participate in a way that suits you in the moment. You can use your voice, listen, move, laugh, cry, be.

We will check in and open the circle. Then we’ll do a short meditation and go into breath work. After that, we will go into a voice flow of 45 minutes, in which we can experience the power of our voices. Finally, we go back to the breathing, check out and close the circle.

The 13th of January, we will be almost two weeks into our new year, 2024. To let our newness develop. Step by step, poco a poco, stap voor stap, beetje bij beetje. We will be welcoming every next step in every direction. Forward, backward, afterward, downward, inward. In all places we may go or stay.
