Singing circle 'Voice flow'

Be very welcome to join this voice experience. Together we will feel the vibrations of our voices. Feel free to participate in a way that suits you in the moment. You can use your voice, listen, move, laugh, cry, be.

Curiosity, openness, receiving, creativity, improvising, loving, sound, silence

We will check in and open the circle. Then we’ll do a short meditation and go into breath work. After that we will go into a voice flow of 45 minutes in which we can experience the power of our voices. Finally, we go back to the breathing, check out and close the circle.

The 24th of September is Yom Kippur, the day of forgiveness. I would love to release the tension in ourselves in the form of forgiveness. You are invited to forgive yourself and others, your thoughts and feelings. We will create a circle of love and acceptance. You are welcome with all you are carrying; all you may let go of. To let our voices be free.
