Be very welcome to join this voice experience. Together we will feel the vibrations of our voices. Feel free to participate in a way that suits you in the moment. You can use your voice, listen, move, laugh, cry, be.
Curiosity, openness, receiving, creativity, improvising, loving.
We will check in and open the circle. Then we’ll do a short meditation and go into breath work. After that we will go into a voice flow of 45 minutes in which we can experience the power of our voices. Finally, we go back to the breathing, check out and close the circle.
This time you are invited to pay extra attention to your emotions. Happiness, sadness, fear, anger, it is all welcome. We will express our total selves in sound and silence.
