For this concert both musicians will bring their newest compositions, inspired by the music of Pat Metheny, Martijn van Iterson and Brad Mehldau among others. Expect lyrical songs, little sketches and some through-composed pieces which they will explore with their improvisation and interplay.

About the event
Alex van der Spek (guitar) and Naut de Bruin (piano) met each other at the Utrecht Conservatory where they both graduated in 2022. They have been playing together in different projects so far, but recently played their first concert as a duo.
For this concert both musicians will bring their newest compositions that where inspired by the music of Pat Metheny, Martijn van Iterson and Brad Mehldau among many others.Â
